1. The Round Cycle ⏳
The heart of SnapDosh is the Rounds system. Each round is a time cycle (usually 30 days) where all users compete healthily.
- During the round, you earn Round XP for ranking and gift card balance for redemptions.
- Your current status stays locked during the round; your performance defines next round's status.
- At the end of the round, your status is recalculated, the ranking resets, and the gift card balance you earned becomes available in the next window.
2. Finding and Posting Deals 🛍️
The main feed shows the hottest deals near you.
- Found an incredible price? Take a photo, tag the store, and publish.
- Saw something cool? Like, comment, or share it.
- Action generates reaction: Every approved post and positive interaction can earn XP and balance, bringing you closer to your next reward.
⚠️ Golden Rule (Location): Posts must be made strictly at the location of the establishment! The app uses GPS to validate if you are physically in the store. Deals posted from home or with photos taken off-site may be interpreted as spam and removed from the platform, and could also cause penalties to your account.
3. The "Instagram of Deals" 📱
SnapDosh was designed to be visual and intuitive. Use the feed to discover what's cheap at supermarkets and stores in your area right now.
4. The Role of the Community 🤝
Information accuracy is guaranteed by the users themselves. Through the Deal Scout system, the community validates if a price is still active or if a product is out of stock, keeping the app always up to date.
