SnapDoshRequest Data Deletion
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your SnapDosh account data.
If you want your data fully removed from SnapDosh, send us a request from the account owner's email. We use this process to verify identity and avoid unauthorized deletions.
Data removed when your request is approved
- Account profile data (name, email, birth date, market and avatar).
- Authentication/session data linked to your account (active tokens and related sessions).
- User generated content and interactions linked to your account (deal posts, comments, likes, shares and reports), according to platform rules.
- Device push tokens linked to your account.
- Referral links/codes and referral relationships tied to your account.
- Personal account identifiers used for app operation, where deletion is technically and legally applicable.
Data that may be retained
In some cases we may retain limited records for legitimate purposes, such as:
- Security and fraud prevention records.
- Records required to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or audit obligations.
- Minimal technical logs necessary for platform integrity and incident investigation.
Whenever retention is required, we keep only the minimum necessary data for the required period.
Please include the following in your request:
- Account email used in the app
- Your market (AU or BR)
- User ID (optional, if available)
After identity verification, we process requests within a reasonable timeframe and provide status updates by email.
After verification, your request will be processed according to our privacy policy and legal retention obligations.
