Welcome to SnapDosh. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. 1. Purpose of the Platform SnapDosh is a community-driven app designed to share real, verified in-store discounts. 2. Eligibility and Minimum Age The platform is only available to people aged 18 years or older. By creating an account and using SnapDosh, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. 3. Rounds, XP, Gift Card Balance, and Expiry The platform operates in predefined rounds that restart at periods determined by SnapDosh. During each round, user actions may generate Round XP for ranking/status and gift card balance for redemptions, according to the active rules. Round XP resets when the round closes. Gift card balance earned in a closed round becomes available during the following active round and expires when that following round closes if not used. 4. Gift Card Redemption and Minimum Balance Gift cards are not guaranteed for all users. Redemption is available only to users who have enough available gift card balance for the gift card offered on the platform. Each gift card may have a different minimum balance threshold and limited stock, predefined by SnapDosh. 5. User Responsibilities & Integrity You agree to only post authentic, accurate, and current deals found in physical stores. You agree NOT to: - Post fake, expired, or manipulated photos of discounts. - Spam the platform using automated tools or bots. - Harass, mislead, or negatively impact other users. 6. Content Referencing Alcoholic Beverages The platform may display deal posts that reference alcoholic beverages, depending on store availability and community submissions. This content is intended for users aged 18 and over. 7. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SnapDosh immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms. 8.
