Shop List 🛒

SnapDosh isn't just about finding discounts—we also help you organize your shopping before you even leave home! With the Shop List feature, you can create dynamic shopping lists and share them with whoever you want.

1. What is the Shop List?

It's a shopping organization tool fully integrated into the app. Instead of writing items down on paper or your phone's notepad, you create a list directly on SnapDosh and manage it collaboratively.

  • Organization: Add products specifying the name, quantity, and unit.
  • Traceability: The system saves who added each item and who marked the item as "bought" (checked).
  • Multiple Lists: You can have one list for "Weekly Groceries", another for "Weekend BBQ", and as many more as you need.

2. Sharing and Collaboration 🤝

Doing family shopping or dividing tasks for an event just got a lot easier.

How to share:

  1. Open your Shop List.
  2. Click the Share button.
  3. Send the unique link generated by the app via WhatsApp, SMS, or any other social network.

Permission Levels:

  • Owner: The creator of the list has full control over the items and who has access.
  • Editor: Friends who join via the share link get editor permissions. They can add new products to the list and mark items as bought in real-time as they walk through the supermarket aisles!

3. Real-Time Shopping ⏱️

The feature is designed to synchronize your progress. If your partner is in one aisle marking cleaning supplies as "bought", your screen will update instantly so you don't grab the same item in another aisle. Everything is archived and organized.
