1. Who can use SnapDosh?

SnapDosh is intended for users aged 18 and over. During registration, we validate your date of birth to ensure community safety.

2. My post was rejected or doesn't appear, why?

There are a few possible reasons:

  • AI Moderation: We use Artificial Intelligence to analyze photos. Images containing inappropriate content, violence, or prohibited products (such as tobacco and vapes) are automatically blocked.
  • Daily Limit: You can post as many deals as you like, but only the configured daily number of posts generates Round XP and gift card balance.
  • Geolocation: You must be in the country corresponding to the market (Australia or Brazil) to post deals for that region.

3. Does gift card balance expire?

Yes. Gift card balance earned in one round becomes available after that round closes and must be used by the end of the following round. If you don't redeem a Gift Card within that period, that balance expires.

4. What happens if I post a fake deal?

The community, through the Scout system, can report your deal. If the report is validated, you can lose -200 Round XP. Users who repeatedly post fake content may have their accounts banned.

5. I forgot to use my referral code during signup, what now?

Unfortunately, the referral code can only be applied during the account creation process to ensure the integrity of the bonus system.

6. How are Gift Cards delivered?

After you request a redemption in the "Rewards" tab, our team validates the transaction. Once approved, the Gift Card code will appear directly in your Redemption History within the app.
